To Create a new Loyalty Card Program or Manage a Program select LOYALTY CARD from the left menu.


Manage Loyalty Card

- This allows you to view the cards that you have in circulation as well as the total number of cards left to be joined.  

  • For Security, Merchants cannot view the value or owner of the cards without "in-person" contact at checkout.
  • Cards can not be deleted or the Program stopped if they have been purchased or are in use.
  • You may Edit the features and images within the Card at your wish


Create Loyalty Card

- By selecting to Create a new Loyalty Card you will have the ability to Create a Custom Card to your Liking. 


Notes on Card Creation:

  • Card Name - Is the name you would like to have your card known by, IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE YOUR BUSINESS NAME
  • Brand Name - Is Most often the name of your Business.  Customers not knowing your Card name may search your business
  • Max # of Users - Cardlis allows for ultimate customization of card by allowing you to choose how many customers may purchase it. There is no charge for large card issuance's or for creating a new one!  Build as you like!
  • Category - Select the best fit for your retail service.  Customers my find you in a narrowed search using the Category,  If you believe you are in a Category not listed; Please let us know and we will add it immediately for you!  help@cardlis.com
  • Loyalty Card Type-
    • Point - Create a card that allows customers to collect points based on money spent in your store and exchange them for savings later.  EX- customers can collect 10 points for every $50 spent; and redeem 100 points for $2 off a purchase.....
      • Points/Visit - Create Optimal Loyalty Checkout Speeds while maintaining the opportunity to give customers points. Simply enter the amount of point you would like to reward customers> Every Customer there after Simply Scan the Card > Select Complete and that's it!
      • Point Levels - You can now create a "Levels" program for your Loyal Customers!  Select up to 2 additional Benchmarks that when reached can add more points to each Customer Purchase.
        *NOTE* If a Customer uses points, they no longer stay at the higher point level and need to build back up again!

    • Accumulation Card - Select a product or service that you would like to have available as a FREE prize for your customers. Simply create the card with the Product of Service listed in the Name PLUS Enter a Label (Up To 20 Characters) to Describe your Giveaway; and how many purchases are needed for a Free one! EX - Free Large Coffee.
    • Pre-Paid - Sell your customers a "Cash Card" that has free units of a product already purchased (including the TAX entered) they can use the units until the card has run out. EX- purchase a Drink card with 10 Pre-Paid drinks.
      • THERE ARE NO COMMISSIONS DEDUCTED ON PRE-PAID SALES
  • Gov't or Provincial/State Tax - is the tax added to your card at sale.  Since the Card is for a specific product and no cash will exchange hands in future transactions; Cardlis removes the tax for you Now!
  • Description - Add the Sales pitch of your company of the intent of the Card!  This is Free advertising even for someone selecting your card to view your services
  • Details/Terms of Use - are visible at the end of the Card details where the Card Creator may add special terms such as "not exchangeable for cash" or other authorizations you would like your customers to know.  This information is also available in the PDF printout of your card.
  • Card Image (900x628 px) - This is the Image viewed in the Cardlis APP that will be identifiable to customers prior to viewing your card
  • Promotion Image/URL ( 900x628 to 1200x628)- This is an image that you can use as marketing from within your card details;  showcase a product or anything of your liking with a link that can direct them to a website or even the Promotion page created in the Platform.
  • In-Store Tracking ID - If you are using a Point of Sale system that is registered on Cardlis, you have the opportunity to Create an In-Store card which allows customers to find a current account found by a phone number etc in store.  This Loyalty Card and the In-store Card will be found in the same place. Please Create an In-Store Card prior to selection


ANY LOYALTY PROGRAM CAN BE "SHARED" WITH UP TO 3 PEOPLE.  TURN THIS OPTION ON TO ALLOW MULTIPLE PEOPLE TO USE THE SAME CARD.  THIS IS GREAT FOR FAMILIES BUILDING STORE POINTS TOGETHER!!!
